 uter ferries link to Oakland and Alameda\, while nearby a former landfill 
 site faces King Tide flooding and is slated for remediation. Along the Bay
  Trail\, recently elevated sections and raised boat dock access ramps high
 light ongoing adaptations to sea level rise. The tour also notes planned i
 mprovements at the sanitary pump station and the operational challenges at
  the boat launch ramp as the marina continues to respond to rising water l
 evels.\n\nMeeting point: South San Francisco Ferry Terminal (approximately
  3 miles from SSF Conference Center. If using a navigation aid\, be sure n
